Executive Director
I have had the privilege of working with countless children and their families through their journey with childhood cancer. I also have the incredible opportunity to work with innumerable volunteers, donors, and staff that make Rapahope a 36 year success story for families. From grant writing, fundraising events, Board of Directors meetings, planning for events that are attended by hundreds of people as well as smaller events, hospital visits for newly diagnosed children, sadly funeral attendances…the list is long and humbling and I am honored as Executive Director to be at the helm.

Born and raised in Mobile, I live here with my husband Chris and three kids, Ruth, Sam and Jack. I love sports, a good Netflix documentary, and to do anything and everything that my kids find fun! I have a background as a Certified Child Life Specialist and worked in an inpatient clinical setting before making it into the Camp world- where the fun never stops! My Camp accolades include but are not limited to: Lip Sync contest winner, weirdest breakfast habit award (jelly in my grits), and most nametag buttons made in under one minute.

Operations Director
Studying Marketing and Communication in college, I knew I wanted to work for an organization that makes a difference. My story with Rapahope began as "Intern Madi" and It did not take long for me to see the hope this organization gives to those who are a part of the Rapahope family. Now as a full-time staff member and University of South Alabama graduate, I help plan the fun and keep the wheels rolling.

Fundraising & Marketing Director
From volunteering as a photographer to joining the Rapahope team, I've seen firsthand the difference this organization makes! With a background working in ministry & a love for serving, I've always had a heart for people. In addition to being a part of this amazing team, I’m also a freelance photographer & graphic designer, with a specialty in creative direction. I’ve always loved visual storytelling & I’ve been blessed to be able to capture & share so many special moments at camp!
